Strength & Conditioning Athletes
At BREAKAWAY we offer one on one sport specific training for all age groups, ranging from school aged to all adults. Designed to develop the total athlete from junior high to high school seniors. We work on all elements of an athlete: speed, agility and strength. All movements are broken down and taught from the ground up. We believe in safely teaching the movements, and stress technique over just going through the motions. Our goal is to give everyone the self confidence and ability to perform all of the exercises.

Team Training
Travel team or school team looking to get off-season training? One of our specialties is strength and conditioning for young athletes. All run by former collegiate athletes or former collgiate coaches. Get faster, stronger and more explosive with our team training programs.
First group session is always FREE to try us out!
