Our resident fill-in when he isn’t coaching football: Al Clark was introduced to various sports at an early age while growing up. Living a healthy lifestyle and being physically fit has always been an integral part of his life. As a native of Washington D.C. and a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School, he excelled in football and basketball. He received 1st team All-Met honors by the Washington Post along with other local and national awards, as the top quarterback prospect in the Mid-Atlantic region. He accepted a full scholarship offer to play football at Virginia Tech in 1994. While at Virginia Tech, he participated in five bowl games with two Big East Championship teams, and was recognized as Team Captain and Team Most Valuable Player his junior and senior years. Al received his Bachelor’s from VT and then after graduating decided to pursue a new interest, Massage Therapy. He then received his LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist).
